It started long before CoverSense.
Before there was software, there was a simple observation.
Over the years I'd bought, owned, maintained and sold both boats and aircraft. Some had complicated histories. None were perfect. Yet every time I sold one, I took the same approach.
Everything was documented.
Every repair.
Every inspection.
Every invoice.
Every conversation.
Nothing hidden.
Nothing rewritten.
The outcome was always the same.
Buyers didn't gain confidence because the history was perfect. They gained confidence because they could trust it.
That lesson stayed with me.
